Using my Royal College of Midwives accredited training, my hypnobirthing antenatal classes will help you and your partner feel fully informed, supported, calm and confident as you approach your baby’s birth.

I offer private classes and teach you and your birth partner in your home. Not only does this make for the most relaxing setting, but also means you can voice your fears about birth without taking on those of others. This intimate environment means my sole focus is on you, your baby and your partner’s needs during this special time.

I cover all areas in West Sussex and some areas of East Sussex including Shorham by Sea, Lancing, Worthing, Littlehampton, Horsham, Chichester, Brighton and Hove. I also deliver my course online, so anyone, anywhere can learn hypnobirthing with me.

  • If you are looking for a bespoke programme to help support you with specific fears or doubts this is the ideal programme for you.

    This programme also works well for those who may need to hypnobirth in a hurry, or require more flexible timings.

    If you live in Worthing, Lancing, Shorham by Sea, Littlehampton, Chichester, Horsham, Brighton, Hove or the surrounding areas I will come to your home to deliver these sessions

  • Classes are usually delivered in 4x3 hr sessions in your home, however this can be bespoked depending on your needs.
